The new owners are cleaning up these apartments by making it look nice. Instead of it looking like it is ghetto they care about this property. They are making upgrades to the property with new gardeners to make sure all the sprinklers are working instead of having dead grass. They have also installed NEW mailboxes because ours was broken into twice in one month and ALL the mailboxes were broken into back in June therefore, we had to go to the post office to retrieve our mail. The new owners took over in July. the former owner DID NOT give a damn about this property he only wanted to collect the rent and mickey mouse repairs and let things fall apart. I am just hoping after all of these upgrades to the complex they don't raise the rent because we will have to move.
